LILO KINNE - BODY ART:
Lilo Kinne - Body Art is in itself an art project, but can become also part of a Multidimensional Art Performance.
In June of 1994, after painting the body of Maho Okuno, a Japanese woman from Kyoto, Japan, a Multidimensional Art Performance was held with Maho Okuno on the rooftop of Lilo Kinne's studio building, and on the streets of SoHo. Other body painting projects have included art performances embodying elements of the artist's Multidimensional Painting, Dance & Theater.
In November 1998 in Greece, one of the body painting projects, combining the elements of painting the bodies of a man and a woman together on a raft floating on the Mediterranean, was photographed by the artist at the estate of a well known German photographer, who shoots for Mercedes, Porsche, and other internationally important firms. The art project took place at his estate at Porto Heli, on the Peloponnes, where he owns a large part of the island, and has his second photo studio.
